Job Requirements
- ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- basic english language skills both verbal and written
- ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shifts if hired full-time
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience including stockroom, customer service, package handling, or fast-food with headset
- basic english language skills both verbal and written
- ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- inclusive approach to colleagues and customers
- ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and ensure safe practices
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- restock shelves and prep work areas by scanning labels and cutting boxes
- select, pull, and pack products and move totes and cases onto conveyor belts
- perform custodial duties including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting furniture, and removing trash
- organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
- manually load trucks by lifting, lowering, and carrying products
- maintain a safe and clean workspace adhering to all safety procedures
