Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service or package handling experience
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Inclusive approach to collaboration and problem-solving with colleagues and customers
- Ability to adapt quickly to safety procedures
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Restock shelves and prep work areas for the next shift while adhering to safety procedures
- Select, pull, and pack totes as well as cut cases of merchandise and stock product
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts following safety guidelines
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and removing trash
- Adapt to various warehouse roles as needed to support operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and embrace the company’s safety culture
