Job Requirements
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to pass a drug screen as legally permissible
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet as needed
- Ability to lift, push or pull boxes or merchandise weighing 70 to 100 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to be Material Handling Equipment Operator certified
- Inclusive approach to work with colleagues and customers
- Ability to safely lift, push, or pull merchandise between 70 and 100 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
- Ability to adopt and follow safety procedures quickly
Job Duties
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move and pick products up to 100 pounds
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties inside and outside the warehouse
- Confirm accuracy of received products and address any discrepancies or damages
- Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues
- Manually unload trucks and palletize products as needed
- Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
- Load trucks manually while maintaining a safe and clean workspace
