Job Requirements
- valid NYS driver’s license required
- minimally requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- related experience/training processing shipments preferred
- good computer skills required
- experience with FedEx, UPS computer shipping systems preferred

Job Duties
- determine appropriate packaging according to customer and carrier specifications and regulations
- ensure outgoing customer parts correspond with weigh-in log, weigh crates, and check item numbers, lot number, quantity, and special packaging
- inspect incoming parts and outgoing packaging
- weigh, log, and prepare paperwork for material transfers to Buffalo
- determine appropriate documentation and enter information into UPS/FedEx software or any other required software programs
- perform SAP transactions, including shipping and receiving
- pack and prepare customer parts for shipment following established procedures
