Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or associates and/or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 plus years experience in training, environmental and safety or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment preferred
- Entry level professional certifications in EH&S related fields considered beneficial and may include GSP, OHST, ASP
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- MHE certification preferred

Job Duties
- Foster and develop a culture where safety is a core value and zero incidents are actively pursued
- Actively address unsafe behaviors and engage with management to enforce safety disciplines
- Develop and implement programs, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance
- Conduct safety audits, report findings, and enforce corrective actions
- Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement mitigations
- Prepare and submit required safety and environmental reports to relevant agencies
- Oversee and ensure execution of company training programs, focusing on new hire onboarding and ongoing associate training
