Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years food-service or hospitality experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in varying weather and environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, co-workers, volunteers, and management
- Ability to speak, read, and write English

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years food-service or hospitality experience
- Food service certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all locations including concession stands, portables, and premium culinary areas
- Maintain attention to detail with company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Rotate inventory by practicing FIFO
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain upkeep of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning
- Assist with moving equipment throughout the venue
- Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
