Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years food-service or hospitality experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
  • Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in varying weather and environmental conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, co-workers, volunteers, and management
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years food-service or hospitality experience
  • Food service certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Help set up and stock all locations including concession stands, portables, and premium culinary areas
  • Maintain attention to detail with company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
  • Rotate inventory by practicing FIFO
  • Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
  • Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
  • Maintain upkeep of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning
  • Assist with moving equipment throughout the venue
  • Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
