Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work some weekends
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions including cold temperatures and wet floors

Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain strict adherence to inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and product quality standards
- Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule including availability for some weekends
- Comply with safety protocols in environments with cold temperatures, wet floors, high noise levels, and tight spaces
