Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification and safety training certification mandatory
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work mostly weekends
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
- Ability to work in conditions including exposure to weather, cold temperatures, wet and slippery floors, extreme hot surfaces, tight spaces, and high noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification and safety training certification mandatory
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Updated forklift certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes
- Work flexible schedule primarily on weekends
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines consistently
- Adhere to company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
