Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of foodservice or hospitality experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Food service certification

- Experience in a similar venue is a plus
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and catering rooms
- Maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Work a flexible schedule including some weekends
