Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Food service certification
- Experience in similar venue is a plus
- Ability to work in physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking process to maintain freshness
- Uphold warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes
- Work flexible schedules including some weekends
- Follow all safety and health guidelines during operations
