Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice/hospitality experience
- Valid Food Handlers certificate if required
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Availability to work variable, event-driven schedules including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management, and guests
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English preferred
- Ability to work in team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environments
- Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by local laws
- Thorough knowledge of applicable sanitation requirements
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice/hospitality experience, similar venue experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with product receiving and distribution control for the venue
- Receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damages, store delivered products properly
- Perform transfers of products and merchandise to/from warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Conduct physical inventory as needed
- Process supply requests, prepare merchandise for delivery and shipping
- Maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas
- Fulfill event-related tasks including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation, and maintenance
- Ensure appropriate stocking levels and rotate products to maintain integrity
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of concession and utility equipment
- Ensure security of company assets
- Complete other assigned duties by manager
