Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- capability to reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision and close vision
- flexible schedule with availability to work weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
- experience in similar venues is a plus
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- upkeep the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- work a flexible schedule including some weekends
- maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
