Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be flexible to work some weekends
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in various physical positions such as sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to varying temperatures, wet and slippery floors, high noise levels, and tight workspaces
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Experience in similar venues is a plus
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain strict inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to serve freshest items
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Work flexible schedules including some weekends
- Assist in supporting sports events and concerts with logistical needs
