Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in foodservice or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience using hand truck, dolley, pallet jack, forklift is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Foodservice or hospitality experience, similar venue experience is a plus
  • Food service certification

Job Duties

  • Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations ensuring inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
  • Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
  • Rotate food products during stocking to guarantee freshness
  • Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
  • Receive orders from delivery trucks and verify quantities match the order
  • Work a flexible schedule including some weekends
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor and Food and Beverage Management team with inventory and ordering needs
