Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform extensive standing and walking
- able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to reach, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- available to work flexible hours including weekends
- attention to detail for inventory control and sanitation
- experience with food products and storage protocols
Job Qualifications
- Experience using hand truck, dolley, pallet jack, forklift is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent
- foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- ensure inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards are met
- maintain cleanliness by removing trash and recyclables
- rotate food products during stocking to preserve freshness
- uphold warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage, and cleaning commissary dishes
- receive and verify orders from delivery trucks
- work flexible schedules including some weekends
