Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Physical ability to stand and walk extensively
- Adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Experience in similar venue environments is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
- Strong attention to detail in inventory and sanitation processes
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Ensure inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards are met at all times
- Remove all trash and recyclables to maintain cleanliness of concession stands
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas
- Clean commissary dishes regularly
- Work a flexible schedule including some weekends
