Job Requirements
- Excellent attendance and availability to work variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and walk extensively
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- knowledge of sanitation requirements and food preparation guidelines
- ability to make sound operations decisions
- ability to calculate basic math functions
- adherence to standards of integrity and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
- venue experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Assist with product purchasing, ordering, receiving and distribution control
- maintain sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas
- fulfill event expectations including requisitioning, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns and equipment storage
- oversee appropriate stocking levels for each event and rotate products
- ensure proper product transfer and documentation between locations
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of concession and utility equipment
- evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain related records
