Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of relevant foodservice or hospitality experience
- ability to perform extensive standing and walking
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- ability to work in varied environmental conditions including cold, heat, wet floors and high noise
- completion of full application process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
- food service certification
- experience in a similar venue is a plus
Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- maintain inventory control, sanitation, presentation and quality standards
- ensure cleanliness of concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- upkeep the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes
- work flexible schedule including some weekends
