Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years in a similar hospitality role
  • must have own work tools
  • valid driver license
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and move through confined and elevated spaces
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds
  • ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
  • willingness to be trained on changing kegs, bibs, CO2 tanks, repair PVC drain lines, and change light bulbs
  • strong communication skills in English
  • knowledge of beverage products including beer, wine, and spirits
  • capacity to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience as a Runner or similar role in hospitality or food and beverage environments
  • must possess own work tools
  • valid driver license
  • ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • knowledge of draft systems including soda and beer preferred
  • must possess knowledge of various beers, wines, and spirits
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • knowledge of and ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to meet demanding work schedules and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Assist with receiving and distribution control for the venue
  • ensure proper transfer process of product between locations including follow-up documentation
  • perform maintenance and cleaning of concession and utility equipment, including portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting
  • conduct walkthroughs of commissary, warehouse, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness
  • maintain knowledge of all concession locations including equipment, evacuation procedures, and facility access
  • perform opening and closing responsibilities of bar and beer stands
  • change kegs, bibs, CO2 tanks, propane tanks, and repair beer stands
  • prepare and service bar with restocking supplies like beer, ice, and CO2
  • maintain cleanliness of bar area, coolers, and storage to meet health codes
  • check and assist bartenders with maintaining supplies
  • uphold personal appearance standards and hygiene
  • work effectively in a team environment
  • maintain safe work environment by following safety protocols and sanitation regulations
  • be physically active including standing and moving for extended periods, lifting up to 55 pounds, and moving through confined spaces
  • work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends as required
