Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
  • Food service certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively
  • Ability to reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years foodservice or hospitality experience
  • Food service certification
  • Experience in a similar venue is a plus
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain company standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
  • Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
  • Perform upkeep of warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
  • Work a flexible schedule with availability on some weekends
  • Adhere to company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
