Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months foodservice experience and/or training
- Fast food experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and maintenance instructions
- Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio
- Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Rotates inventory practicing FIFO (first in, first out)
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse and concession stands
- Transfers products pre-event and during event, ensuring proper storage
- Sets up and tears down portable concession locations
- Follows and receives direction from Warehouse Supervisor
- Assists with recording of monthly inventory
- Assists with laundering concession uniforms
- Assists with cleaning foodservice equipment including fryers and grills
