Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- If hired as a full-time associate, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift including overtime as business needs
Job Qualifications
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Prior warehouse or related experience including stockroom, package handling, or customer service preferred
- Ability to forge strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Ability to quickly adopt safety procedures and ensure safe work practices
- Basic arithmetic skills for counting and measuring
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Restock shelves by scanning labels and cutting boxes to prep work area for next shift
- Select, pull, and pack totes as well as cut cases of merchandise and stock products
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts following safety procedures
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including restrooms, floors, furniture, and trash removal
- Embrace and promote safety culture ensuring safe work practices
- Adapt to different warehouse roles as assigned to support operational needs
