Job Requirements
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training, education, and experience
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible
- Ability to work additional hours and overtime as business needs require
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
- Ability to lift, push, or pull merchandise weighing between 70 and 100 pounds
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability and willingness to quickly adopt and follow safety procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster inclusive relationships with colleagues and customers
Job Duties
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move products weighing up to 100 pounds
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside the warehouse
- Confirm accuracy of products, address discrepancies and damages, communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues
- Manually unload trucks and palletize products
- Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
- Load trucks manually and maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Adhere to safety procedures and embrace the company's safety culture
