Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry heavy items
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physically capable of performing tasks that include lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling

Job Duties
- assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
- clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest service areas
- ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- check taps and appliances to ensure proper working condition and change out kegs
- keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- maintain excellent guest service and positive demeanor towards guests and co-workers
