Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred
 - ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
 - availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
 - ability to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing
 - willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
 - commitment to following food safety and sanitation policies

 - capable of constant standing and walking
 
Job Duties
- Assists with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
 - ensuring bartenders have clean towels, glassware, and supplies
 - delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
 - cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
 - ensures the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
 - checks taps and appliances to ensure they are working properly and changes out kegs
 - keeps the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
