Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - previous experience in food service or barback role preferred
 - must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
 - must have physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
 - ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
 - strong communication and teamwork skills
 - legal eligibility to work in the country
 - willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
 
Job Qualifications
- previous food service experience preferred
 - demonstrate excellent guest service skills
 - ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
 - availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
 - enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
 - capable of constant standing and walking
 - able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
 - willing to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
 
Job Duties
- assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
 - ensure bartenders have clean towels and glassware
 - deliver product and maintain inventory integrity using transfer sheets
 - clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest service areas
 - ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
 - check taps and appliances to ensure proper function and change out kegs
 - keep bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
 - maintain excellent guest service and positive demeanor
 - adhere to safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
 - ensure security of company assets
