Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and pivoting for up to 90 percent of shift
- Capability to safely lift products weighing between 1 to 60 pounds or more
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and operate material handling equipment safely
- Ability to work first shift
- Ability to occasionally lift products from floor to overhead
- Ability to handle sharp objects safely
- Reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian or janitor
- Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
- Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
- Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
- Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
- Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
- Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
- Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
- Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
