Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of experience in janitorial, custodial, or warehouse porter role preferred
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English (bilingual a plus)
- Must be dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, break rooms, restrooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors regularly to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Remove trash and recyclables from bins and dispose of them in designated areas
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
- Clean up spills and debris promptly to prevent safety hazards
- Assist with organizing pallets, empty boxes, and shrink wrap in proper disposal or recycling areas
- Support warehouse staff with basic tasks such as moving equipment, organizing supplies, or light stocking when needed
- Perform light maintenance duties including replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, or reporting larger maintenance issues
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Ensure exterior areas (dock, entryways, parking lot) remain clean and free of debris
