Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to be forklift certified
- basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and tools
- physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and climb staircases throughout shift
- capacity to work in fast-paced and warm environments
- ability to wear personal protective equipment including slip-resistant shoes
- commitment to safety rules and ethical conduct
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- basic knowledge of equipment and tools used in warehouse tasks
- ability to be forklift certified by Buffalo Rock Company
- no prior experience necessary
Job Duties
- Pick orders as assigned by warehouse management
- verify the accuracy of orders and sign pick tickets
- ensure product is leveled after picking at the end of each shift
- build mixed pallets according to loading documentation
- verify date codes on products
- ensure accuracy of pallets built
- load and unload trucks by hand or forklift if certified
- keep work area clean and clear of debris
- restock returned products
- apply shrink wrap to completed pallets
- wear assigned safety equipment and observe safety rules
- assist in general housekeeping functions
- complete other supervisor-assigned activities
