Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 20 to 45 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to operate forklifts and power pallet jacks safely
- Ability to work full-time night shifts
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping
- Reliable attendance
- Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Experience working in a warehouse environment such as order selecting, product picking, storage, staging, powered pallet jack or forklift operation
- Driving a forklift including basic operations like driving forwards, backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product
- Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets including pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically
- Experience working in a team environment cooperating with co-workers and joint problem solving
Job Duties
- Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment if applicable
- Mark load ticket for out of stock items
- Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
- Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked
- Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
- Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
