Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior order selecting experience preferred
- Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment according to safety policies and procedures
- Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance
- Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Availability to work Sundays and Fridays
- Willingness to work 8-10 hour shifts including potential weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior order selecting experience preferred
- Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to perform assigned tasks accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work in multi-temperature areas including freezer and cooler sections
- Effective communication skills to follow written and verbal instructions
Job Duties
- Locate and lift cases, boxes, bags, and pallets of various food products according to order sheets or audio instructions
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as single and double pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment including conducting inspections of equipment
- Report damaged products, quality issues, and out-of-stock or low volume products
- Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety
- Assemble, palletize, and shrink wrap products and pallets for shipment
- Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production standards
