Job Requirements
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts typically Sunday to Friday
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Experience in high endurance or physically demanding activities within the past 6 months preferred
- Comfortable working in cold and hot warehouse conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively
- Capable of moving over 1,000 cases during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Recent experience in physically demanding roles preferred
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience favorable
- Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and reliability
Job Duties
- Prepare accurate customer orders for shipment
- Ensure safety and damage-free handling of products
- Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment goals
- Operate motorized pallet jack or similar equipment (preferred)
- Work and lift products in a multi-temperature environment
- Load and move heavy cases repeatedly each shift
- Follow company protocols and safety standards
