Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain equipment operation clearance
- physical capability to lift up to 87 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- readiness to comply with safety standards
- ability to complete assessment and verbal interview as part of the application
- availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- ability to obtain clearance to operate electric pallet jack and other necessary equipment
- willingness and ability to be physically active and lift heavy items regularly

Job Duties
- operate ride-on electric pallet jack to select and transport grocery and perishable products
- use voice-controlled system to accurately select full-case items
- palletize cases and prepare pallets for shipment
- lift cases up to 87 pounds to shoulder level and overhead
- maintain safety protocols throughout shifts
- collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
- adapt to varying work environments including freezer and warehouse floor
