Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- basic English language skills both verbal and written communications
- ability to work additional hours and overtime if hired full-time
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- prior warehouse or related experience beneficial
- basic English language skills both verbal and written
- ability to count and perform basic arithmetic
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- ability to adapt and follow safety procedures
- physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely
- restock shelves and prepare work area for next shift
- select, pack, and move products onto conveyor belts
- perform general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse facility
- adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
- embrace flexibility to work in various warehouse roles
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
