Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse experience or applicable experience such as fast-food, stockroom, customer service, or package handling
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Inclusive approach to teamwork and collaboration
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely
- Restock shelves and prep work areas for the next shift
- Select product, pack totes, cut cases, and move merchandise on conveyor belts
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility
- Adhere to safety procedures and promote safe work practices
- Adapt to assigned roles within the warehouse as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, floors, and furniture
