Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience such as stockroom work, fast-food, package handling, or customer service
- Basic English language skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Inclusive approach to fostering strong colleague and customer relationships
- Physical ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds
- Ability to quickly adopt and follow safety procedures
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare work areas
- Select, pull, and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock products
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts safely
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash
- Adhere to safety procedures and promote a culture of workplace safety
