Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, or package handling
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers
- Commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperature conditions
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work areas for next shift
- Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock product
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts while adhering to safety procedures
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including restrooms, carpets, floors, furniture, windows, and trash removal
- Ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture
- Adapt to various warehouse roles as operational needs require
