Job Requirements

Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
Must wear safety composite shoes
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
Prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, or package handling
Basic arithmetic skills
Basic English language skills both verbal and written
Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly

Job Duties

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work area for the next shift
Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise and/or stock product
Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures
Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and brass, and trash removal
Ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture
Rotate through various roles as needed to meet operational demands
