Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- basic English language skills both verbal and written
- ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for full-time associates when required
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to walk and stand 100% of the time during shift
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience including stockroom, package handling, customer service, or working with racking systems
- ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- effective communication skills in basic English, both verbal and written
- inclusive approach to foster collaboration with colleagues and customers
- willingness to adopt and follow safety procedures quickly and consistently
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- restock shelves and prep work area for next shift while adhering to safety procedures
- select product, pull, and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise and/or stock product
- move full totes and cases onto conveyor belt while following safety guidelines
- perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including restroom sanitation, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and trash removal
- ensure safe work practices and embrace the company's safety culture
- adapt to different warehouse roles as needed
