Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional overtime hours if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience such as stockroom or package handling
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Inclusive approach to teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to quickly adopt and follow safety procedures
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Restock shelves and prepare work area for following shifts while adhering to safety procedures
- Select, pull, pack products and move totes and cases onto conveyor belts safely
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- Follow and promote safe work practices at all times
- Adapt to different warehouse roles as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations
