Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks
- Adherence to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional overtime hours if hired as full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds manually
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience such as fast-food headset operation, stockroom, working with racking systems, customer service, or package handling
- Basic English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to foster collaboration
- Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet production goals
- Restock shelves by scanning labels, cutting boxes, and organizing inventory
- Select, pull, and pack products into totes and cases
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts safely
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- Sanitize restrooms, sweep and mop floors, and clean furniture and windows
- Embrace and enforce safety procedures in all work areas
