Job Requirements

Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
Basic English language skills both verbal and written
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
Must wear safety composite shoes
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to work additional hours and overtime if hired full-time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
Basic English language skills both verbal and written
Prior warehouse or related experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom operations, working with racking systems, or customer service
Ability to adopt safety procedures and maintain safe work practices
Basic arithmetic and counting skills
Inclusive approach to teamwork and customer interaction

Job Duties

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
Restock shelves by scanning labels, cutting boxes, and organizing stock for the next shift
Select, pull, and pack bulk merchandise while moving full totes and cases onto conveyor belts
Perform custodial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting furniture, and trash removal
Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Adapt to various warehouse roles as needed to support business operations
Maintain clear communication and collaboration with team members and supervisors
