Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- must wear safety composite shoes
- if hired full-time, ability to work additional overtime hours when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience
- basic English language skills for verbal and written communication
- ability to adopt and maintain safety practices
- ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- ability to meet physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely
- restock shelves and prep work areas for the next shift
- select, pull, and pack merchandise for shipment
- perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- adhere to safety procedures and protocols
- move totes and cases onto conveyor belts
- rotate between different warehouse roles as needed
