Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Understanding and adherence to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Ability to work additional hours including overtime as needed if hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds manually
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Basic English verbal and written communication skills
- Prior warehouse or related experience preferred
- Ability to adopt and adhere to safety procedures
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely
- Restock shelves and prepare work areas for next shift
- Select, pull, and pack merchandise for shipping
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- Follow safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
- Move products and materials according to operational needs
- Adapt to various warehouse roles as required
