Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written communications
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift when hired full-time
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food with headset, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, or package handling
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare work areas for the next shift
- Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and/or stock product
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts while adhering to safety procedures
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, remove spots from carpet, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, clean windows and brass, collect and remove trash
- Ensure safe work practices are followed and embrace the company safety culture
