Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for full-time associates
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience including fast-food with headset use, stockroom work, racking systems, customer service, package handling
- Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Inclusive approach to team collaboration and customer service
- Ability to adopt and follow safety procedures
- Capability to work in warehouse environments with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work area for next shift
- Select product, pull, and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise and/or stock product
- Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility including restrooms, floors, furniture, and windows
- Ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture
- Operate in different warehouse roles as needed
