Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks
- adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- must be at least 18 years old
- capacity to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- must wear safety composite shoes
- willingness to work additional hours and overtime as needed
- ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience including stockroom, customer service, or package handling
- basic English language skills both verbal and written
- ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
- strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
- ability to quickly adopt and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet production goals
- restock shelves and prepare work areas for next shift
- select product, pack totes, cut merchandise cases, and move items to conveyor belts
- perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility
- adhere to all safety procedures and promote safe work practices
- rotate between roles as needed to support warehouse operations
- ensure warehouse environment is organized and sanitary
