Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written communications
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- If hired full-time, ability to work additional hours including overtime based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior warehouse or applicable experience such as fast-food, stockroom, customer service, package handling
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to adopt and adhere to safety procedures quickly
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
- Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves preparing work area for next shift
- Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases, and stock products while moving full totes and cases onto conveyor belts
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties including cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and furniture, and trash removal
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Adapt to various roles within the warehouse as assigned to meet operational needs
- Embrace and promote the company’s safety culture
