Job Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks
- ability to understand and follow all job requirements and safety guidelines
- basic English language skills both verbal and written
- capability to work additional hours and overtime if full-time
- ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand
- must wear safety composite shoes
- ability to walk and stand 100% of the time during shifts
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- prior warehouse or applicable experience including stockroom, customer service, package handling, or fast-food headset usage
- basic arithmetic skills for counting and measuring
- effective verbal and written English communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment
- commitment to safety practices and protocols
Job Duties
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet production goals
- scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prepare work areas
- select, pull, and pack totes and merchandise, and move products onto conveyor belts
- perform general cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing restrooms and cleaning floors and furniture
- adhere to safety procedures and promote a culture of safety in the workplace
- collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure efficient workflow
- adapt to various warehouse roles and seasonal temperature variations as needed
