Job Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
- knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
- willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
- good memory and scanning abilities
- good communication and math skills
- able to lift up to 65 lbs with the proper equipment and climb 20 feet on a regular basis
- able to learn to use a forklift
- may require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy
- successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Job Duties
- Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication
- conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary
- supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- assists with process improvement initiatives
- conducts regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of policies and procedures
- ensures excellent customer service and communication
- checks in product completely and accurately
- stocks products correctly
- picks product for daily deliveries along with special deliveries
- loads trucks using good judgment regarding use of space and product safety
- inspects and physically counts returned merchandise
- restocks inventory in appropriate place
- handles outbound freight of vendor returns
- completes paperwork for all warranty product
- unloads customer/inventory transfers from corporate warehouses
- operates power equipment including forklift
- may work as a backup driver as assigned or directed
